-Complete Pre-Planning Questionnaire
-Have agent book your trip!
-Purchase Trip Insurance
-Pay deposit

AS SOON AS YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP:
-Create account at mydisneyexperience.com & download your app (your Disney+ login works)
-Link reservation number to your mydisneyexperience (ask agent for help)
-Link family & friends & choose a fun avatar for each guest
-Make a PARK PASS RESERVATION (required to enter parks- do NOT skip this step!)
-Save your credit card to your Disney account if you want us to book your advanced reservations

4-6 MONTHS BEFORE:
-Review attractions & check ride heights (youtube videos is a great way to see what rides/shows are like)
-Make a must see list!
-Book flights if you haven’t yet

60 DAYS BEFORE:
-Dining & other reservations can be made online at 6am EST (set up a meeting with your agent at least one week prior to this if you’d like help with reservations)
-Make note of cancel by dates for each reservation
-If having your agent make reservations, confirm login in and credit card info PRIOR TO dining day
-Start walking routine

45 DAYS BEFORE:
-Choose & order your Magic Bands (don’t wait on this if you want them to arrive in time!)
-Forward flight confirmation info if you would like your agent to secure transportation to/from airport
-Check in online using My Disney Experience app
-Contact your agent to confirm TRAVEL INSURANCE BEFORE making final payment

30 DAYS BEFORE:
-Final Payment due (must be done with your agent- set up time ahead of time)
-Arrange stop of mail, pet & house sitters if needed.
-Make sure you have enough prescription medicine.
-Download the Lyft &/or Uber apps & become familiar with them if you plan to utilize on your trip
-Review our Park Guides
-Schedule a pre-trip Zoom with your travel advisor for any questions you have

1 WEEK BEFORE:
-Download grocery service app (such as Shipt, Instacart or Walmart+, many have a free trial)
-Cancel any unneeded dining or other reservations so you do not get charged a no show fee
-Check the forecast
-Start Packing (don’t forget your portable phone charger!)

1 DAY BEFORE:
-Check in with airline online
-Submit grocery order for delivery
-Complete resort online check in

ARRIVAL DAY:
-Kick back and have the most magical vacation ever!
